Repair Dishwasher
My Dishwasher has been an issue for about 9 months. Many parts have been replaced during that time. Alex replaced the sensor and maybe it is finally working. Alex did a fine job. I would rate the entire experience with Sears repair during the 9 moths about a 3 Star, but Alex a 5 Star.

Alfonso's communication and arrival time were perfect. He is very nice, professional and knew exactly what was wrong and resolved our issue. Perfect customer service. Now if I could get service like this for my refrigerator all would be good, but after 5 weeks my work is gone missing and I haven't had a refrigerator for 5 weeks and can't talk to a human.
