I initially set this appointment up for a Saturday. I received a call that morning telling me I had to reschedule. I got a new appointment for the following Wednesday, but no one showed up and I got not explanation. It was impossible to speak to a human being who knew what had happened—all I could do was reschedule again. A technician came for the rescheduled appointment and was great, but I will not renew my home warranty and I advise anyone else looking for a home warranty to look elsewhere, unless you enjoy interacting with automated systems that have limited choices and won't let you speak to a real person.
