John was great, it's the company I have an issue with. First I was scheduled for same day work only to be told hours later I had to reschedule. First available was for 2 weeks later THAT'S a problem. Had to get a part ordered. Was told next day my part would not come in time for next appointment so they put off the appointment for a week later. My part came in TWO days yet I had to wait another week and a half. Had to have a different part. Again was told part wouldn't be there in time however got it in ONE day! Like I said, John was great. The company, not so much. So 4 weeks and 3 days without a dryer.

John was a delight! He couldn't fix the dishwasher, the motor was not made any more. He gave me suggestions on brands and where to shop. He was even sweet to my dog!! He was very knowledgeable, and his sense of humor was infectious.
