John is professional, courteous, timely, knowledgeable and personable. He explains and educates. He has been my service person for about 15 years. He has serviced my dryer several times, washer, refrigerators, oven and microwave. I will be sad when he retires, but I am still very grateful to have his expertise all these years. Sears is very blessed to have him.
