Technician was great. Sears/Kenmore let us down.
Caden was very professional, thorough, and tried to be helpful. He did an excellent job and I highly recommend him. The problem for us came later when I needed to explore the compressor warranty, as there was no sticker to show 10-year warranty. After calling three "customer service" numbers provided by Kenmore -- one which was defunct -- I realized I was in an unhelpful loop. The Kenmore Customer Service representative could read Caden's report of his visit, but could not order the compressor under the warranty. I gave up and bought a new fridge from a different company. Caden was great -- the problem was Sears and Kenmore customer support.

I had a power outage and my fridge starting banging, vibrating, and rumbling before it shut down. Did a reset and it appeared to be okay, but wanted a tech to check it. Gabriel did a great job of examine everything! Tested it and it was fine. So thankful for good service and a knowledgeable tech!

Caden was great! I have a problem with the customer service department: I called them when the mother board arrived early and told them the new ice maker was already broken. They did not relay that information, causing Caden to make two visits.
