Excellent service
Anthony arrived on time. He immediately resolved the problem. He was very helpful in providing information regarding the problem and how to maximize the performance of our AC unit. He stayed until we were confident the unit was working as it should. Good customer service skills.

Freezer repair
The technician was very courteous and professional on both visits to our house. On the first visit, he diagnosed the problem and was very thorough in explaining what the problem was, the parts that needed to be ordered, and what had to be done. He ordered the parts while he was there and set up our next appointment to have them installed before he left. On the second visit, he arrived and installed the parts and had our freezer up and running in no time! Again he was prompt, helpful, and very professional in everything he did. A wonderful employee who has our thanks and who the company should be thankful they have him.
