Everything good old fashioned Sears service was always about. Professional, competent, thorough. Fixed problem in one short visit. Kept a dryer out of the landfill.

Alex was on time and efficient. He talked through the differentials, ran a cycle then narrowed it down to the most likely problem. Unfortunately the part needed is no longer available. He ended the appointment with a nice summary and made some recommendations. I think I know a little more about washing machines now!
