David was professional, kind, and very informative. He went the extra mile to check out and explain everything that I asked him to look at. David made it smooth and easy and went over all my options and what he thought would be the best for my situation as well as the alternative additional repair routes I could go if I'd like to. I would highly recommend him. His knowledge on Samsung fridges was great!
