Courteous and Professional

Jorge was super!
Jorge was very professional. He answered all of my questions and explained the issue. He was also very fast. Highly recommended! I hope to not have any more appliances break, but if I do I will be requesting Jorge as my service tech.

Unfinished
The hot surface light is still on even when the stove is not hot. Technician was great but I think he assumed the light would go off after the burner cooled off but it didn't.
