I have my washer serviced today and Mr John, came in on time, polite and delightful. Very knowledgeable. Explained to me exactly what happened with my washer. In these days it’s really hard to let someone come in your house for this kind of services but I’m glad he is the one who came in today! 10 out 10 thanks Mr John!

Everything went smoothly—he diagnosed the problem and fixed it in half an hour. Now my washing machine is back up and running. It was a top loading washer and NOT “front loading washer” as stated on my receipt. Labor cost at $600/hr was higher than normal.

He was here said it was working but it lasted about 15 minutes and it sounded like the unit was going to catch fire!!!!
