John did an excellent job and was very professional and that is what the 5 stars represents. The scheduling process, however, was very frustrating as the communication for that was below acceptable standards. This is only due to the AI process and not being able to talk to a live person. This is no fault of John's. Sears needs to improve the communication process for that. Our appointment was rescheduled 3 different times.
