John, our technician, was very friendly, very knowledgeable, diagnosed our problem. Within two minutes of the time he came in the door, explained the proper use of our dishwasher, and was very helpful!

My Technician can out and diagnosed my washer, he was very polite and explained everything and even gave me some tips on other appliances, the parts were received quickly and he came back to change them out! Great service all the way around!

He was very knowledgeable and very professional! Excellent service person!!!! But we have a problem with the process your company has with not being able to call someone to check on schedule! You texting with someone is useless and the constant rescheduling is ridiculous. You need a better system! There are exceptions that a customer has to discuss, so get people to answer at a phone number!!!!!
