The technician that repaired my dryer (Shaun) was very knowledgeable and kind. It can be awkward having a stranger in your home, but he has a comfortable presence. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and rescheduled for after he knew the parts would arrive. The day after repair was complete, the drum stopped turning. Thankfully I was able to find an opening on their online scheduling option for that afternoon, so I didn’t have to wait another week, and he came back. It turned out that by some fluke, the belt (one of the new things just replaced) had shredded. Shaun thoroughly inspected and couldn’t find a reason for it, and happened to have the correct replacement belt in the sears van, so I was up and drying right away. That’s been two weeks now, and so far so good.
