Shawn (not entirely sure how he spelled his name), was great. He explained everything he was doing and why our washer stopped working. He even explained what we could do to prevent it from happening again. Definitely recommend!

Rubin and his accomplice (?) were great. Not only prompt and courteous they had a good sense of humor and explained the different things the diagnostics uncovered. Unfortunately the washer is not worth fixing. We got some good intel on which washers are a better choice for ourselves.

John, the repair man was excellent - everything else about the sears customer service experience was crapola. completely sucks. your attempt at AI is middle school level. will never shop Sears
