Rubin and his accomplice (?) were great. Not only prompt and courteous they had a good sense of humor and explained the different things the diagnostics uncovered. Unfortunately the washer is not worth fixing. We got some good intel on which washers are a better choice for ourselves.

Once the technician got here-n issue. However(though not his fault) I tried, over and over, to make n early appoint as I work in the afternoon. I could NEVER talk to a real person to make this happen, as a result, had to find someone to be at the house, I was late for work----very stressful day. I can't be the only person this has happened to.
