John, the repair man was excellent - everything else about the sears customer service experience was crapola. completely sucks. your attempt at AI is middle school level. will never shop Sears

The technician was very knowledgeable , nice and super helpful but the only reason why I can’t give 5 stars is because the repair price is to expensive.

They sent lots of info but I was not able to personally give feedback or information. If I had more freedom to interact a service trip would not have been necessary. Below you ask for what appliance I was getting repaired but not able to put in correct one. This is not a good survey of service.

The problem is postponing a confirmed appointment. I took the day off only to be told canceling the appointment while I am at home waiting on the day of visit. So I had to purchase a small refrigerator as the next appointment was given after 3 weeks. I wanted to have it fixed and so I agreed. Nothing wrong with Richard but I paid $104.45 for diagnostics that it's not cooling well which I knew. With replacement parts and repair crossing $1000 we had agreed that I may be better off buying a new refrigerator. Very unproductive 2 months of no good result at the expense of a day's salary and diagnostic visit.

Technician was rude and unhelpful. When we asked questions about possible causes for an issue, he wouldn’t answer and just kept saying it wasn’t up to him.
