Worst experience ever. Though it felt very impersonal and Strange making the appointment with AI, I decided to chance it. I received daily text/emails reminding me of my appt( 7 days out). With a 4 hour window on day of appt, I Couldn’t communicate with anyone to get a more specific time. Two hours in I still hadn’t received a text message with any kind of time update. I spent my whole day waiting, Unable to run errands, etc. With 40 minutes left in the given time window I received an AI text message saying there was scheduling difficulties in the neighborhood and they would have to reschedule Then presented with a series of new dates/times. After years of relying on Sears in the past, I will never use Sears again. I proceeded to call appliance service unlimited of Middleton and what a pleasurable experience. Personable, excellent customer service, and given a price upfront on the part and service. The best part was talking with a human. What a shame for Sears.

Tried charging me 900 bucks to fix a 5 dollar seal on my 600 dollar dishwasher. Silly me for thinking they were there to help and not scam me. If you put a hole in your drywall do you guys just knock the entire house down and build a new one? Thats the mentality behind replacing an entire pump and pump bracket when the issue is a leaking rubber seal. Fixed it myself in 20 minutes with 5 bucks. Never using this service again.

Nice technician Tony but he gave the warranty company the wrong reason and another explanation than he told me for part failure so they denied my claim and then he tried to sell me the part and repair through sears His company 🤯 Be careful when having this company service your appliances through Choice Home Warranty co ! A/c motor failed I still paid the $75 to sears lost on that as well😡

Poor service I had an appointment scheduled and no one showed i took off from work that day it was very unprofessional and inconvenient the second time they came back out to fix the problem which was my fridge the service guy seemed very uninterested in doing his job.

The tech that was supposed to be here today sucks. He never showed up but closed the ticket that he was here and fixed my problem. This guy needs to be fired. I have been trying to get this problem fixed since 28 Feb. his actions are totally unacceptable!!

We were told the part was no longer available. Went to the place where we purchased the dishwasher. We were told the part is available and the dishwasher was under warranty. In fact, they still sell the exact dishwasher.

Horrible customer service. It took three attempts before a technician showed up for an appointment for the work to be completed yet payment was required prior to work. No detailed price analysis. Worst experience ever with an appliance repair company. Technician was terrific once they came to an appointment.

If you want speedy service and proper repairs avoid Sears. This is not the Sears of old. 6 weeks to get a tech to make the repair and it was misdiagnosed. My home warranty company would not approve because there was a dead mouse. The mouse caused no damage and was not the cause Had an appointment on June 10 and no one showed up or called. Turns out my tech was off work sick for 10 days and no one re-scheduled his work. Sears is very hard to reach by phone unless you want to buy something. No response on the internet. Very unhappy with them. I suggest you call a local company with ties to the community.
