However, while being professional and timely and courteous he did not clean the front door gasket which upon inspection after he departed was so full of junk dirt,mold and debris that the drain tube was completely clogged and my new water pump is at risk of premature failure .. should have cleaned this as it is difficult to remove the retaining rings and drain tubes
