David was exceptional. He was courteous and respectful ensuring that there was no damage to our home or property. The repair was completed in a reasonable time even after the first post-repair test failed. David quickly spotted the problem (a wire had come off) and fixed it without further delay. It was lucky having another technician with David since it was much easier to get the microwave oven in and out of the cabinet with two people. I would be happy to recommend David for future repairs, but customers don't really get a choice. I can and do recommend Sears Appliance Service for any appliance repairs needed.

Technician was prompt and eager to do the job. We waited several months without an oven. He pulled out the oven parts and showed me the burnt out filter board, which he replaced. My only complaint was the long time this took for first evaluation, part order and received and finally this install.
