Hunter was immediately interactive and told me about the age of my equipment and what he was finding. He showed me ways to evaluate the performance of my equipment and when to call for service including what that would involve with respect to my upcoming contract. Hunter also educated me on the benefits of the household contract that will be activated in 30 days. Whenever I need service, Hunter is a man I would like to request. Thank you.

Skilled technician

He installed a new compressor. Had to be a pain, as the outlets on the new one were on top as opposed to the side on the old one. He asked me to give it 48 hrs to reach temperature. Unfortunately, after waiting that long it's still 40 degrees. Oh, and it sounds like there's a tray of marbles vibrating loudly in the freezer every time the compressor comes on. Not a happy GE customer.

The installers did an excellent job. The sliding door was small for the opening but they made it work. One of the windows was damaged in shipping.

They were courteous and knowledgeable. They had to many 3 or 4 desperate trips to finish because of various reasons but got the job done.

Communication was good during the 5 month wait time and installation when furnace finally installed was quick and efficient.
