Ritesh was knowledgeable and provided good service for our repair. The experience using AI communication on parts and scheduling was very frustrating. It showed that parts had not shipped that I already had, resulting in rescheduling the repair. It was very difficult to communicate about the parts.

Brian was great both times that he came to diagnose and then repair our washer. Once he had the part, it was working within the hour. Technician...awesome. Overall service from Sears Home Services...not awesome. Twice for these repairs I took a wasted time off from work. For the diagnosis they changed the date I had scheduled with LG Customer Care and failed to inform me of the change until the morning that I had already taken off. Second time I was on the schedule for repairs and day the technician (different one) was shown an hour and a half north of where I live. Steadily the appointment moved hour by hour until it was outside the 8 AM to 5 PM window. At 5:03 PM, I received a text telling me that my appointment was moved to the next day...without anyone ever contacting me about the technician not making it on the scheduled day nor whether I could even take the next day off. Sears Home Services "service" gets a big 0 out of 5 stars.
