Our washer was not working correctly and we scheduled an appointment, the soonest we could get was Tuesday. I watched the 'track the repair man' app and it appeared he would be here early morning. Until the time kept moving further out. Eventually it said we were rescheduled to Thursday. This after being without a washer for 10 days. The man that came did a good job but it was very frustrating to have a Tuesday appointment get canceled and being unable to reach a human

He consistently kept us updated with expected time of arrival ( not, "anytime 8 to 5" which is useless for our planning). Very courteous, explained all reasons for steps he took to repair / exchange LG type compressor in fridge.

The man called 30 min., before arrival. Very good with communication, pre and post work. Enjoyable and professional man. The part of this portion i mention going forward, has no reflwction on him. When the parts to tge refrigerator arrived the day prior. You could see the box was taped up several times, and the bottom was open. The compressor was about to fall out. I was concerned about parts missing or damaged. I noted this to the UPS delivery agent and the Sears tech. I believe a better job of upgraging, your shipping boxes would do you good. Currently temp is dropping, hooooray!! Let us hope for atleast 10 years, before next repair. Then we will just by new.

The technician evaluated the problem with the appliance and quoted an estimate. The price of the repair was more than I wanted to pay so I paid for the estimate and declined the repair. The technician was prompt courteous and professional.
