Jacob was awesome today! He gave me more information than any other in-home-service call! Very helpful. He was very professional & really knew what he was doing, so much better than the previous person sent out several years ago! It was a rewarding experience with Jacob servicing my Refrigerator & DW. William did an excellent job. From his call to tell me his estimated arrival and his time in the house working on the refrigerator he gave me a feeling of confidence that he knew what he was doing. I would add ... the best service tec I have ever experienced. If we ever need help again William J. would be the Tec we would want to tackle the job
