Doesn't get any better than this. Ice maker was broken broken. New ice maker installed in less than 5 mins. William was a cool guy. Gave me a few tips and tricks if I ever ran into any other issues. Give the man a raise!

Jacob was a delightful gentleman, from the moment I opened the door to his big smile and comforting demeanor. He was very knowledgeable and resourceful. He completely explained his steps and findings along the way. Unfortunately, the parts to repair our refrigerator were discontinued; we had to order a new one today (Whirlpool). Sears is lucky to have Jacob onboard! (I HOPE I NEVER SEE HIM AGAIN!!!…just kidding..sort of!!!)
