Jacob is very pleasant, and inspires confidence in his ability to get the job done. Today, he repaired my clothes dryer. I have my first load following his work in the dryer right now. Seems to be working fine! I'll be in touch if I'm wrong about that.

Isaac arrived early this AM to install the tub in our Maytag washer, sitting in our living room all holiday week! He was most determined to work the job. He worked several hours to dismantle the old and install the new. My husband assisted a bit, since it needed 2 people at times. Finally at 12:30 it was done!
