William J. provided great service.Upon arrival he started right to work taking the inside cover off - checking all connections for the proper power and replacing what needed to be replaced. He indicated that the 2 heater items were not required and completed the necessary documents for reimbursement. Can't beat that - saving me approximately $200.00. Like I said - Great service.
