Charles completed our repair quickly and told me what he found and gave me other information about my dryer. Super technician. The only drawback is your unusable AI. It kept calling me and not respinding at all when I answered. The same thing happened two weeks before, and we reported it. The question for you is, how long do you plan to leave this anoying AI situation? It was bad enough to make me consider other home maintenance services.

Courteous; nice guy ,but couldn't resuscitate the complex electronics of that stove due to the extreme cost of replacement parts. Buying a new one. Love that induction/convection range, but they are more economical to replace than repair.

Charles did an excellent job in finding the issue very quickly. He also gave me information regarding what was happening with my breaker and directed me as to which exhaust hose would be best. The one I have is too short and was not properly attached when the electrical company was here. Thank you Charles for all your help.
