Had my scheduled service canceled by Sears three times in a row. Fourth try the technician was outstanding. Wish we didn't have to wait a month for the repair to happen, though.

Charles coming to my house took the overall experience with Sears from 2 stars to 4 stars. He was knowledgeable, professional and polite. I just couldn't give 5 stars because the time for arrival kept changing. It went from 2, to 3, to almost 5 o'clock. I know our window was 1:00 to 5:00 but customers still should have a better estimate of arrival time. Also, Sears cancelled a prior appointment with me 30 minutes before the end a 4 hour wait window. In the end the problem was fixed and our washer use running again.
