Brandon was great. He diagnosed the issue with our dryer quickly. Unfortunately, a part needed to be ordered so the job wasn't completed for another week - Not Brandon's fault but I wish there was a larger part supply already in the van for potential problems. Waiting another week was a huge inconvenience. Really appreciated that Brandon loves dogs.

Our service technician, David, was superb. One of the most knowledgeable technician that we have encountered. Would give him 5+ if it was available. Not only did he fix the problem, but also educated us on how to prevent issues in the future. A solution that was not in the "manual".
