Refrigerator Ice/water dispenser
Isaac was very professional and courteous. He agreed that the water/ice dispenser was poorly designed and apologized that he could not totally eliminate but did improve the problem.

Brian very kindly delivered the bad news that our 6 year old LG washer had a bad bearing, the repair of which was greater than the cost of a comparable new machine. This situation is the norm, said Brian. Appliances currently in use have an expected life of 7-10 years.

This has been the worst service in my life . I was without a refrigerator for 2 weeks . I had to buy ice every day at least 4 bags a day and deal with a wet floor every day plus I had to throw out all my freezer food so that is costing and has cost me a bundle of money. I purchased that refrigerator from Sears in 2019 and I am by my self . Plus I pay about $85 a month for 210 warranty service . I will be exiting from your services as soon as I know my refrigerator is not going to break down again . Horrible and Horrendous service . I am quite disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience. 2 weeks without a refrigerator is unacceptable.

I did not take long for Brandon to find and repair the problem. But it would have been nice to know that I was going to be at the end of his day. He arrived at 4:50 and finished at 5:10. A mod accurate window of service would have been appreciated. Brandon was great tho.

He was trying to save me money. He assumed that I only needed one part but the problem was more complicated. I had to have another tech come out and actually fix the washing machine and soon I'll need another one. I was not taken care of fully and in the end I ended up spending more more than I would have if he had stayed in the first place and fully diagnosed the problem. He told me if I just got this one part it would be fixed and I could put it in myself. But that didn't work.

Washer & dryer
Technician broke the Mounting bracket on my washer and cannot be repaired my dryer. The circuit board burned out cannot be repaired. Was told I would hear something within 72 hours and never heard anything regarding my washer and dryer of what you're going to do you guys need to pay me so I can get a new washer and dryer?
