William is a friendly, knowledgeable person. He was here about 10 days ago to diagnose an issue with my refrigerator. He had to order parts. When they arrived I set up today's appointment. He got them installed and the refrigerator working in about an hour. No hassle for me at all. I appreciated his professionalism.
