Great Tech for accessment and repair. Did not like scheduling for 2nd visit. Due to the schedule that staff gave the tech he was stuck in traffic and wasn't able to arrive until 440 pm in a 2-5 pm time frame.

Amarpreet called before he arrived. He was very clear about his work and carefully considered Robert's input from Parts. A emptied the refer and determined one fan was not working. A was careful when working in the kitchen and in entering and exiting. His English skills are superb. We've enjoyed good technicians in the past and Amarpreet is the best we have seen.

Issac was unable to find the source of the freezer fan noise because it didn't happen while he was here. However, he did show me what to check if it happens again. He also gave me some tips regarding the air flow in the freezer in order for it to work properly. Thanks Issac!
