So the tech that came out was great however their app said they would be at my house at 9:47 am. Said there was one stop before me. It kept changing time and the amount of stops in front of me. They didn't show up until at 4pm. So frustrating. I won't use them for this reason again.

Went completely through our 5 year old Washer and Dryer. A total cleaning was done and a complete inspection was accomplished. Joshua gave us some great 👍🏼 advice for the washer which concerned the fabric softener. Was very pleased 😀 with the final results and we are very glad we chose Sears for our appliance repair.
