Amarpreet andi had a blast he was early one his arrival time andalwayslways let me know of his whereabouts. Very professional and he allowed us to start thawing out dinner confident of therepair to be finished. Th is was a great experience my wife is disabled and I'm having to deal without many customer service persons and telephone conversation today customer service is awful(sears was great) I give amareet a eleven out of ten if needed service again he will be my tech he is much appreciated and a good person .

He communicated well with me prior to my appointment, letting me know an estimate of arrival time and when he was on his way. He was able to figure out the issue quickly and was able to fix it within an hour. He was friendly and kept me updated on any changes or things i would need to look out for.
