William J was punctual professional and knowledgeable. The screw that attached the cycle dial to my 25 years old Kenmore washing machine was broken. After William examined the dail he explained because the washing machine is more than 20 years old it might not be possible to find a relacement part. William suggested how and where I might find a replacement part which I greatly appreciated. William is a great representative of Sears Home Services.
