The service technician was very knowledgeable about LG dryers. He explained what was wrong and how to fix it. He also gave me pointers on how to clean the dryer moisture sensor and lint filter.

We have tried to repair my dryer but it was time to call due to the age of my dryer. Thus technician did not waste his or my time and gave me pointers for finding a new one. I only wish I could get Kenmore still. Kudos to you for hiring such diligent human beings.
