We have a Craftsman riding mower from about 2000, this is the second time Marty has serviced it. This time: new blades, oil change, gas line filter, air filter and most importantly - a new transmission belt! I can now take hills again! GE oven diagnostic
Don arrived and was courteous and knowledgeable right from the beginning. He provided the diagnosis and solutions. The manufacturer discontinued the part but he gave options and the repair will be cheaper as a result. Awesome tech.

Washer
He remembered what was going on with our washer that he fixed in October. After another tech came and ordered one part, he ordered the right one and he came and fixed the washer. The previous tech should have read the notes from the visit in October.
