Issac was on time and made the final repair by using a simple rethreading tool. I would strongly recommend that Sears confirm receipt of the parts with the customer rather relying on the delivery confirmation made by the USPS or UPS. In my case the UPS notification said that the part was in "a locker".

Aidar's service was excellent. Not only did he fix the oven quickly, but he also explained how to maintain it. However, I was a bit of disappointed with the Sears service. My original appointment was on Thursday between 1 PM and 5 PM, so I waited at home all afternoon, but just before 5 PM, they unilaterally canceled the appointment and rescheduled it for a day I couldn't do, so I had to reschedule it myself.

I Had them come for routine maintenance on my washer and dryer. Isaac did an excellent job and went above and beyond to answer other appliance questions we had. He even helped us move our refrigerator out so I could clean behind it.
