My technician was outstanding. He knew immediately what was wrong and how to fix it. He fixed it and was in and out of here in a short period of time. In fact, he was so gracious and considerate and competent that he is the only technician from Sears that I would love to have for future appliance repairs.

Five out of five stars! The Sears tech, Ron, adjusted my fridge temperature--it was set much too cold--- and the food in my fridge was partly frozen. Although nothing needed repair, I asked many questions; he took the time to answer them clearly and thoroughly. He also explained that a power outage can cause the fridge temp to reset; there was a long power outage this summer, which may have been the culprit. The tech's visit was well worth the bill.
