4/5 Easy to schedule service but was offered an earlier appointment the following day thru AI but then was rescheduled to my original appointment time when the technician didn’t show up. Technician was great 5/5.

Curtis was very kind and called me with his approximate arrival time. He was very accurate on his time of arrival and was so very polite and helpful. He checked out my oven and find out it was not fixable and was glad to explain why. I hated the answer but he was so kind.
