Service personnel arrived at the expected times and got right to work - completed the job and picked up after themselves. Personable and knowledgeable professionals! Demonstrated to be technical SMEs! Thanks guys!!! Reaching out to customer service on the other hand was not the greatest experience. Too long a waiting period on the phone, scheduled twice and got 2x No Shows - we’re told appointment was scheduled, but no tech was assigned to the order request; finally, after attempt #3, we got techs out.

Curtis was very knowledgeable & helpful. He was the second repairman send out and was able to figure out what was wrong. Unfortunately didn't have the equipment to fix it but help me get the information to the protection plan. I was then able to schedule another appointment.

Once he got here today he was great, quick and cleaned up everything. However, he was supposed to come yesterday and I waited all day and got no messages or anything. I finally was able to talk to someone on the phone and reschedule for today. Once it got the text that he was on his way, it’s was over an hour before he actually arrived.
