Sears repair service man John Mehrdad was wonderful. He ended up replacing the motor of my Kenmore refrigerator - a big and difficult job that almost all other repair services won't even bother with. He is an expert repairman and really knew what he was doing. He is also a warm, friendly and unfailingly polite person. He meticulously cleaned up after the job was finished and wanted to be sure I was satisfied with his work before he left.
