He came in and diagnosed the problem and said there is nothing that can be done about the problem but I still have a refrigerator and have to live with it.

Sears Appliance Repair gave us superior service. The appointment time was confirmed and the repair technician called when he was on the way. A replacement part was ordered ahead of time and delivered to our door. On repair day, the technician had the part, installed it into our washer and left the laundry area clean. I will definitely use this service again.

The technician diagnosed the problem. For the time being, we have to monitor the temperature of the freezer with a thermometer & when the temperature goes up close to 15 degrees, we need to get a new fridge to replace it, because the part to replace the not-working one is no longer available.
