David was very courteous and thorough, he ran a test cycle which diagnosed and additional issue thus preventing rework. I would suggest that service technicians where shoe covers in houses.

Aidar successfully diagnosed the problem for our dishwasher (an issue with the drain pump). A part needed to be ordered, which arrived. We were able to have another appointment that was earlier than the intended appointment, which was a nice feature. Aidar came back and accomplished the installation of the new drain pump swiftly and expertly. He is considerate and efficient. Thank you!
