Our technician, Mehrdad, was efficient, extremely knowledgeable and was able to help us move forward. Our 20 year-old dryer's needed parts were no longer available, which wasn't a big surprise to us. Mehrdad was able to give us good information for going forward with a replacement. We are very happy with his service and very thankful!

Repair guy did a great job. Fair price and fixed the issue. Sears Appliance Repair would do well to stop marketing so much. Multiple emails, a sales phone call prior to the fix, and more follow up messages. I appreciate the professionalism and competence of the actual repair. I wish Sears would just be happy with that review and stop msging and calling. There’s a fine line between not enough communication and too much. This has been too much. Please stop calling me.
