Five out of five stars! The Sears tech, Ron, adjusted my fridge temperature--it was set much too cold--- and the food in my fridge was partly frozen. Although nothing needed repair, I asked many questions; he took the time to answer them clearly and thoroughly. He also explained that a power outage can cause the fridge temp to reset; there was a long power outage this summer, which may have been the culprit. The tech's visit was well worth the bill.

Curtis was very kind and called me with his approximate arrival time. He was very accurate on his time of arrival and was so very polite and helpful. He checked out my oven and find out it was not fixable and was glad to explain why. I hated the answer but he was so kind.
