Donald knows his appliances. He fixed our stove and then ran maintenance on dryer, fridge and dishwasher, pointing out ways to keep them clean and working on top form. His experience with the appliances and his friendly advice much appreciated.

The technician was friendly and quickly diagnosed the issue, however he ended up calling just after my appointment expired and said he would be another hour to hour and a half; I realize that it was not his fault but I would have appreciated knowing earlier about the delay.
