David and scheduling

David was timely and able diagnoses and fix the issue easily. He was also very flexible with it being a rental property and made it easy for me to pay via a link that was while he and I were on a call. The only negative aspect that prevented 5 stares was the experience I had with the AI chat bot and scheduling system. The part that David ordered was delivered but the scheduling system showed that it was not. This resulted in multiple rescheduled follow up appointments that I couldn't resolve initially through the AI chat bot or through the automated contact center phone tree, which was extremely frustrating. In both cases I continually was rerouted the start of the sequence. It was also unfortunate that David was unable to assist with this issue. I eventually was able to connect to someone via chat but I had to find a way to work around the flow to make it work.

Dryer takes 2 to 3 times to dry close

After checking dryer technician says that the reason the dryer is not drying clothes is probably I need to get the vent cleaned out. He asked me after when the vent was cleaned out. I had them cleaned out about 18 months ago. The last 2 years I lived here alone. Just recently had a person move in 3 months at a time and sometimes there is no other person living so dryer vent is not clogged. I will verify that by having someone come out and checking and have them give me what they found and prove to them that they are not clogged.

LG Washer Repair

My Stackable LG washer had a valve water leak. Hunter and a helper had to unstack the the washer. And replaced the valve. The Price was over $600. Seems high but I needed to get it fixed. But in the process of restacking his helper scratched the chrome door frame on the washer. I didn't notice until they gone. I tried to fix it with some auto scratch remover . Better but still noticeable. I'll probably try someone else next time just because the price was so expensive.

Was courteous about calling before arriving and seemed to be knowledgeable. However, was hasty about providing a service quote for fixing even though we knew I was unlikely to move forward with it. Upon the quote failing to send via email, did not offer to spend the one minute or so to reassemble quote so I could take a photo, even though the appointment was quicker than scheduled because we did not do all scheduled services. Also would have been better to offer to use some shoe covers unless unsafe to use them.

Hello. Thanks s tech was very nice but it was apparent that he is still learning. This repair took much longer than it should've and would've taken even longer if I hadn't been there to assist. I'm sure that he will get faster with time so this is not a complaint, just an observation.

Tech great, system communication poor

5 stars for the tech and 1 star for the communication by the company. We had been reassured that the tech would have the model number of our machine and parts for the repair we specified. He did not receive that communication so we arranged to wait for a full day and pay for a house call to do a simple maintenance on the dryer and the washer repair (which was the main thing we needed) not done at all. David the tech was great though. Clear communication about arrival time and gave information about the part number and what needed fixing. The text system for confirming the appointment by text didn't appear to allow me to confirm. The email system had full information but didn't convey the information we'd conveyed to the phone operator who helped us arrange the service visit in the first place. So the whole thing was nearly $200 for nothing much accomplished,
