Martinez was professional and friendly. Performed the service required and left the room and area clean when finished. He explained what was done and informed of a couple of things to watch for. Job well done.

Brandon was very friendly and knowledgeable about the appliance issue I was having. He was able to inspect the appliance and figure out what the issues were and provided a diagnosis. He explained everything to me in terms that I could understand and he submitted the necessary paperwork and updates to my home warranty immediately, to ensure that the repair process moves along as swiftly as possible.

We were very afraid of using our microwave after it sparked when a previous technician came to look at it. He replaced the part and tested the microwave giving us a lot of reassurance that it was back to normal function and gave us recommendations to prevent it from happening again.
