Oven repair
So happy Alexander did my repair today. He is so knowledgeable. It was a simple repair but he told me all kinds of information about my stove/oven. He was thorough and very nice.

Finally, a service tech who Understands how my split ovens are meant to work. He explained the mechanics and how to work around the poor design by the manufacturer. He tested temp and explained how to work around the fluctuations. He also was able to explain so I could understand; comprehend.

Brandon was very friendly and knowledgeable about the appliance issue I was having. He was able to inspect the appliance and figure out what the issues were and provided a diagnosis. He explained everything to me in terms that I could understand and he submitted the necessary paperwork and updates to my home warranty immediately, to ensure that the repair process moves along as swiftly as possible.
