Brandon did a great job. He diagnosed the problem and set us up for the repair. I'm grateful that my dryer can be repaired vs. replacement. The call center representative was good as well. My only complaint is the system not giving a time window that is < 8 hrs at the time of booking. I was able to look online early the morning of service, but that doesn't help with planning other things for that day. Even a 4-hr window would be helpful--and your system should be able to do that.
